Financial Journalism

Financial Journalism Concentration

Financial Journalism (FJ): The FJ has the same structure as far as the writing and production courses are concerned. Similarly the laboratory courses run for four semesters from the second semester of Year Two and the Honours Project provides an opportunity to integrate theory and practice at the end of the programme. The FJ includes two conceptual subjects whose purpose is to provide the students with the necessary prerequisites for courses offered by the School of Business. These business courses are designed for students of business, not as general electives, and they require some background in economics and accountancy. Because of this purpose these two courses are taken in Year Two.
